In August 2017, Amp Americas, announced a $47 million equity commitment from Houston-based EIV Capital.
2019
In July 2019, Amp Americas raised $75 million of new equity in a round led by EIV Capital.
2021
Amp Americas tripled its footprint of carbon-negative dairy RNG Operations with two transactions. First, Amp expanded its partnership with Generate Capital, consolidating Generate Capital’s flagship Indiana dairy RNG project assets into Amp Americas’ expanding dairy RNG portfolio, with Generate investing in the corporate equity of Amp Americas. Amp has managed the Indiana projects since developing them in 2012.
Amp Americas also acquired a group of RNG project assets in Idaho from another developer. The Idaho projects consist of three digesters at two gas processing plants and one electric power generation plant that capture methane from over 940,000 gallons of dairy waste per day generated by 36,000 cows across three dairies.
2023
Amp Americas secured a new $400M commitment from its capital sponsors EIV Capital and Generate Capital to continue investing in dairy RNG operations and grow its portfolio of methane abatement projects on American dairy farms.
