Antoine Lafargue

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Antoine Lafargue is CFO of Amp Americas. Antoine leads the accounting and finance activities of Amp Americas and contributes to defining and executing the company’s strategy.

Prior to joining Amp Americas in 2022, Antoine provided strategic consulting services to LNG projects, energy transition companies and I Squared Capital, a leading independent global infrastructure investment manager.

From 2017 to 2020, Antoine was CFO of Tellurian, a publicly listed company developing LNG facilities in Louisiana, where he was instrumental in designing Tellurian’s innovative business model, successfully raising debt and equity capital from public and private sources and advancing Tellurian’s commercial agreements.

Prior to Tellurian, Antoine was initially CFO and later CEO of Magellan Petroleum, a publicly listed company focused on enhanced oil recovery projects. Previously, Antoine held various senior financial management positions at private equity and investment banking firms in the U.S. and in Europe where he focused on investments in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Antoine holds master’s degrees in Finance from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris and in Social and Political Sciences from the Institut d’Études Politiques.
