Evelyn Angelle

Evelyn Angelle serves on the Board of Directors at Amp Americas. She has been an independent public company board director for over a decade. She currently serves on the Audit Committees and the Boards of Directors at two publicly traded energy companies.

Evelyn is also active in the philanthropic community, serving on seven charitable boards and committees, focusing primarily on education. Examples include Junior Achievement, FEI Houston Scholarship Foundation, Posse Foundation, and Greater Houston Community Foundation.

Prior to her retirement, Evelyn was an executive in the energy industry, serving as Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer of BJ Services and Senior Vice President - Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President - Investor Relations and Senior Vice President - Supply Chain at Halliburton. For the first 15 years of her career, she worked in the audit practice of Ernst & Young, serving large, multinational publicly traded clients.

Evelyn is a CPA, CMA and is NACD Directorship Certified. An avid horsewoman, Evelyn is a regular competitor in the dressage arena. She has been married for over 30 years and has two grown sons and a granddaughter.
